• "Document Renders" means the conversion of your content into final format

2. What We Offer

UseResume is your career advancement partner. We provide tools to create professional CVs and cover letters, enhance them with advanced AI technology, and transform them into beautifully designed documents. Our subscription plans are structured to make these powerful tools accessible while covering the costs of our advanced AI technology and maintaining high-quality service.

3. How Our Subscriptions Work

• We process payments securely through Stripe
• Each subscription includes AI credits used to optimize documents that refresh with your billing cycle
• Need more AI power? You can purchase additional AI credits anytime
• Refunds are provided solely at our discretion and are not guaranteed. While we may consider refund requests in exceptional circumstances, users are not automatically entitled to receive refunds for any purchases or subscriptions

4. User Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate account information
• Protect account credentials
• Use the service in compliance with applicable laws
• Not misuse or attempt to exploit the service

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by UseResume and protected by intellectual property laws. While you retain ownership of your content, you grant us a license to use, store, and process it to provide and improve our services.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UseResume shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our service will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class actions.

8. Our Promise to You

While we work hard to provide reliable and effective services, UseResume is provided "as is." We're continuously improving but can't guarantee specific outcomes from using our platform.

9. Account Termination

Users may terminate their subscription at any time, which will entitle them to access the platform for the remainder of their subscription period.

Failure to renew your subscription, fraudulent activity, abuse of the UseResume or payment disputes will result in the immediate termination of your account.

• To maintain quality and affordability, we use a credit system for AI operations
• We may store optimization history to improve our service
• While our AI is powerful, results should be reviewed and personalized by you
• The AI helps optimize your documents but can't guarantee specific job outcomes

13. Subscription Details

To keep things clear and transparent:

• Your subscription starts as soon as your payment is confirmed
• You're in control - turn off auto-renewal anytime in your settings
• If we need to adjust prices, you'll know 30 days in advance
• Document renders reset monthly to ensure fair usage
• Your AI credits are yours until you use them - they don't expire

14. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows will be announced in advance when possible.
