Our subscription plans are structured to make these powerful tools accessible while covering the costs of our technology and maintaining high-quality service. Our service utilizes advanced AI Large Language Models (LLMs) from OpenAI and Anthropic to enhance your documents, and image generation models provided by Features & Labels, Inc to create professional headshots. Please note that AI optimization is an integral part of our service and cannot be disabled, as it forms the core functionality of our platform.

3.1 AI Enhancement Process

Our AI technology:

  • Analyzes job descriptions to identify key requirements
  • Enhances professional terminology and phrasing
  • Suggests improvements for clarity and impact
  • Generates tailored content based on your input
  • Personalizes documents for specific job applications
  • Creates professional headshots based on your uploaded images

3.2 AI Headshot Feature

Our AI Headshot feature:

  • Processes user-provided photos to generate professional-looking headshots
  • Uses AI image generation models to create various professional styles and looks
  • Requires user consent for facial image processing
  • Follows strict data protection protocols for biometric data
  • Provides multiple options for professional presentation

3.2.1 AI Headshot Limitations

While our AI Headshot technology produces high-quality results, please note that:

  • All AI-generated headshots should be reviewed for accuracy and appropriateness
  • The quality of generated headshots depends on the quality of uploaded reference images
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any images you upload
  • AI-generated headshots are meant for professional use in job applications and professional profiles
  • Some specific appearance features may require additional customization

3.3 AI Processing Limitations

While our AI technology is advanced, please note that:

  • All AI-generated content should be reviewed for accuracy
  • You are responsible for the final content of your documents and headshots

4. Account Management

  • Subscription features and limits are defined by your chosen plan
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • Access continues until the end of the current billing period after cancellation

5.2 Pricing and Changes

  • We reserve the right to modify subscription prices at any time
  • Price changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance
  • New prices apply at your next billing cycle
  • Current subscribers will be notified via email of any price changes
  • Special pricing or promotional offers may be introduced or discontinued at our discretion

5.2 Refund Policy

All plans start with a free trial and, therefore, refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not automatically guaranteed.

6. Content and Data Rights

6.1 Content Ownership

  • You retain all rights to the content you create
  • You grant us a limited license to store and process your content for service delivery
  • We do not claim ownership of your documents, personal information, or AI-generated headshots
  • AI-generated headshots are provided for your personal and professional use

When using our AI Headshot feature:
